Hand-harvested into small trailers of 2,000 kgs; destalking followed by a traditional maceration-fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks with daily pumping over. Medium intense cherry red hue with ruby rim, clean and bright. The nose is redolent of red fruit with balsamic and spicy overtones; with oxygenation it becomes faintly lactic giving way to white flowers and sweet spices (cinnamon) with hints of fresh leather and ink. In the mouth it is medium-bodied with sweet tannins and a great balance between the fruit, the spices and a hint of coffee.
Bordeaux bottle, natural cork 49 x 24, recycled paper label, complex capsule, packed in 6-bottle cases of recycled cardboard.
