Tastng notes

An intense and brilliant old gold hue. The nose is powerful and intense with aromas of white flowers which then give way to notes of brioche and vanilla, stone fruit (peaches) and fruit salad. With oxygenation, the balsamic aromas become more mineral where notes of fresh peat are just one amongst a whole array of aromas. The mouth is full and dense, with great concentration and an acidity with gives it even greater length and a silky mouthfeel. Its unctuousness and length defy description.
